Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return non-personalised items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

  • Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are custom-made. Any refused or returned personalised items will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

ANAQA reserves the right to decline refunds for used or damaged items. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
