Cancellation policy

In relation to pre-order and in stock items:
You can cancel a pre-order/ in stock item order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund after a return has been made. For personalised/ made to order items (eg. flower bouquets), these orders may only be cancelled if production hasn't been started. Please contact support@anaqajewellery.co.uk to check status of order.
